We were honored to be the Technology Partner for IIC CIMP – Udbhav 2025, contributing to an environment that nurtures startup talent and practical innovation.
Building on that foundation, we joined Venture Latitude: Startup Conclave 2025, organized by IIM Ranchi and SIDBI, with TiE Patna as the ecosystem enabler. We believe great products come from teams that grow together. Early in the year, the Floww team took time for connection and reflection on a team offsite in Lonavala. This wasn’t a retreat—it was a collective recalibration that strengthened our ability to tackle complex product challenges ahead.
Meanwhile, Floww powered critical innovation spaces as Technology and Payments Partner for HackFest’25 and participated in the VR Zone Workshop at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Pune, underscoring our belief that learning must be hands-on.
Bridging Industry & Academia: A Strategic MoU
Perhaps the most pivotal milestone of 2025 was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Floww and Bharati Vidyapeeth. This long-term collaboration is rooted in a shared conviction: university education should be aligned with real deployment and problem-solving, not just theory.

Atom HR 2.0 — Built for Efficiency
Atom HR was transformed into a more powerful, automation-first HRMS. With this release:
- Payslip generation became instant,
- Attendance and task tracking became real-time,
- Administrative work was reduced significantly,
- 1000+ MSMEs across India adopted the product.
This wasn’t just a feature update—it was a shift toward workforce empowerment at scale.
Enhancing Atom Suite with Collaboration Tools
Recognizing that modern teams need clarity and connection, we enhanced the Atom Suite with:
